Our
history goes back over twenty-six years in research and development. In
fact, we have recently completed one of the largest validation and reliability
studies ever done in assessment and testing history. Some 117,000
employee participants in the
workforce participated in this landmark study.
While most assessment studies of this type are done on college campuses,
utilizing students with no real life work experiences ours was completed
using true workforce candidates. As a result, most assessments on the
market today score at or below the 50% in predictive
reliability--meaning--50% of the time they are right
and 50% of the time they are wrong.

world and includes data export functionality for your own tracking purposes
if desired.
Reporting is available for completed assessments immediately. There is no
waiting for someone to interpret the results or necessity to have your time
wasted scoring individual employee assessments. You can even have an
employee's assessment results emailed to you automatically as soon as they
finish.
Data is protected by multi-layered firewall access and co-location
facilities around the world. Your assessment information is backup in these
locations several times each day to insure that information on your most
valuable assets is never lost.
